Based on my clinical work with children and their parents, my ethos is to reflect on commonalities in child/parent and mental health issues in an accessible way to a wider audience.
With this in mind, I offer the following services:
TV – On Camera Expert Opinion
TV – Psychology Consultant
TV – Screening of Participants
My radio career began as ‘parenting expert’ on Clare FM in 2015. I have since made guest appearances on Today FM, 2FM, Newstalk, IRadio, Spin, Cork 96FM and Galway Bay FM. I am a regular contributor on Kildare FM.
I hosted my own radio series on Dublin City FM in 2016 called ‘Mental Health Laid Bare’, which consisted of 17 shows featuring personal experience guests and professionals sharing their stories and tools for wellbeing.
I co-presented the closing show for ‘Walk In My Shoes’ radio in 2017, which is a voluntary led pop-up radio station live during World Mental Health Week to raise awareness of the issues we all face in modern Ireland.
I am hosting a podcast series linked to a new Irish journal called Clinical Psychology Today, where I will be interviewing key figures of relevance to Clinical Psychology in Ireland.

I regularly write and provide the ‘expert opinion’ in articles for the The Irish Independent, The Irish Times, The Sunday Business Post and Irish Examiner on topics relating to child development, parenting and mental wellbeing.
I am happy to write or provide consultation on future articles to feature in newspapers and books. If you are a journalist looking for assistance writing an article, click here to contact me.
