Initial Parent Consultation €150 | 1 hour

For children and teenagers up to aged 18 years an Initial Parent Consultation is required. The consultation is designed for parents who are feeling concerned or unsure about their child’s emotional or behavioural wellbeing. Before we meet, I will send you a brief online questionnaire to complete. This helps me gain a clearer understanding of your child’s strengths, current difficulties, and overall functioning.

Our one-hour session provides a supportive and reflective space to explore what may be going on and what would be most helpful at this stage. With over 25 years’ experience working across Primary Care, Disability Services, and CAMHS within the HSE — and now in private practice — I bring a strong understanding of both emotional and developmental presentations. This includes recognising when further assessment may be indicated.

Following the session, I provide a written summary with tailored recommendations. These may include practical parenting strategies, school-related suggestions, guidance around additional supports, or — where appropriate — onward referral to other services. I can also help families navigate both public and private systems when further input is needed.

If additional written reports or professional liaison are requested, these are not included in the consultation fee and would incur an additional charge, agreed in advance.

Follow-Up Parent Consultation €120 | 1 hour

Follow-up sessions provide space to review progress, reflect on what is working, and gently adjust strategies as needed. These sessions are collaborative and responsive to your family’s needs at that time.
Written summaries are not routinely included unless agreed in advance.

Psychological Therapy (Teenagers & Adults) €120 | 1 hour

I offer online psychological therapy for teenagers and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, neurodivergence-related challenges, or significant life transitions. Therapy begins with an initial assessment session, where we take time to understand what may be going on and what kind of support would feel most helpful. I may use brief online questionnaires to support our shared understanding and guide our work together.

In some cases, this initial phase may suggest that alternative or additional supports would be more appropriate. If so, I will discuss this openly and help guide you towards the right service. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirmative. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to the individual, drawing on evidence-based psychological models to support meaningful and sustainable change.

If additional written reports or professional liaison are requested during therapy, these are not included in the session fee and would incur an additional charge, agreed in advance.

Clinical Supervision

I offer online clinical supervision for psychologists working with children, adolescents, and adults. Supervision is provided in line with Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) guidelines and can be arranged on an individual or group basis.
