Consultancy for organisations:

I have assisted A Lust for Life from their initial setup stage. I also represented them for their successful Social Entrepreneurs Ireland’s application. This award saw A Lust for Life transition from a small social enterprise to a change-making mental health charity, where I subsequently spent some time as a board member. 

I am currently the Mental Health / Psychology Lead for the A Lust For Life Schools Programme, which involves guiding the psychological content for 1st and 2nd class Primary School students nationwide in Ireland.

Content creation:

I provide advice to content creators on how to pitch written content to parents and children in relation to child development. For example I co-produced two e-books for the LGFA (Ladies' Gaelic Football Association).  I also provided guidance and wrote the foreword for Bressie's mindfulness book for children 'The Magic Moment'.

TV, radio and newspaper contributions:

I am a regular contributor to live Irish TV and Radio shows like The Today Show (RTE TV) and The Pat Kenny Show (Newstalk Radio).

I have also written many articles for Irish newspapers and mental well-being websites.
